Refund Policy
At Dentistry of Fairfax, we strive to provide exceptional care and transparent communication. Payments for dental services are due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made. Refunds may be issued in cases of billing errors, overpayments, or services not rendered. Custom dental appliances and completed procedures are generally non-refundable.

If you have prepaid for services and choose not to proceed with treatment, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion, provided no materials have been ordered or work initiated. For insurance-covered services, any refunds resulting from overpayment or claim adjustments will be processed once we receive confirmation from your insurance provider.

If you have concerns about a charge or treatment outcome, please contact our office within 14 days so we can review your case and work toward a fair resolution. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
