At Dentistry of Fairfax, we believe everyone should have access to affordable dental care, regardless of whether or not they have insurance coverage.

To make this happen, we decided to create our very own wellness plan that allows you access to our high-tech, yet gentle style of dentistry and a wide range of treatment options at a price you and your budget will love.

How Does the Wellness Plan Work?

When you make the smart decision to sign up for this plan that’s unique to our Fairfax dental office, you’re entering into a world of savings and moving towards taking great care of your oral and overall health. The plan does require a one-time $99 enrollment fee for all new patients, however, it’s waived for all existing patients.

We have three options you can choose from:

Adult Plan

$44 a month / Save $350

Includes:

  • Two Cleanings
  • Two Regular Exams
  • Two Fluoride Treatments
  • All Routine X-Rays
  • One Emergency Visit (Includes exam and x-ray)

Child Plan

$32 a month / Save $327

Includes:

  • Two Cleanings
  • Two Regular Exams
  • Two Fluoride Treatments
  • All Routine X-Rays
  • One Emergency Visit (Includes exam and x-ray)

Perio Plan (For Healthier Gums)

$77 a month / Save $463

Includes:

  • Four Perio Maintenance Cleanings
  • Two Regular Exams
  • Two Fluoride Treatments
  • All Routine X-Rays
  • One Emergency Visit (Includes exam and x-ray)
